Returns & Refund Policy for Website Purchases
All returns must receive prior authorization before they are returned. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, reach out to us at info@firmanpowerequipment.com or call 1 (844) 347-6261 (844-FIRMAN1) for assistance. FIRMAN Power Equipment Inc reserves the right to decline returns where a product does not have a manufacturing defect but has been damaged by the customer, and to prevent fraud or abuse.
Generators, Log Splitters, and Water Pumps
Refunds or exchanges are not offered for generators, water pumps, log splitters, or services purchased through Firman Power Equipment Inc website unless authorized. Returns may be considered for defective or damaged generators, water pumps, or log splitters within 10 days of receipt.
Parts, Accessories, and Branded Merchandise
These items are eligible for returns within 10 days of receipt, subject to a 25% restocking fee. Items must be in the same condition as when received—unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging.
Return Instructions
- To initiate a return, please email info@firmanpowerequipment.com with your name, order number, and reason for return. Additional information may be requested. If eligible, FIRMAN will issue a Return Authorization and provide a return shipping label.
- Ensure that all gasoline, oil, or other flammable liquids are drained from the unit, as required by federal law.
- Gas caps and oil plugs must be removed and left off for at least 24 hours prior to shipping.
- Products must be returned in suitable packaging.
FIRMAN Power Equipment Inc is not responsible for any liabilities arising from failure to comply with applicable laws when returning your FIRMAN product. Please ensure all guidelines are followed to ensure a smooth return process.
Non-returnable Items
· Customized or personalized products
· Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
· Power Deal items, Sale items, or gift cards
· Dealer Direct sales are (final sale; no returns or exchanges will be accepted for purchases made through the Dealer Direct Portal)
Refund Process
A refund will be initiated once we receive and inspect your returned item. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. A refund notification will be sent to the email on the original order. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
