Human Resource Director
The Human Resource Director serves as a strategic leader responsible for all aspects of Human Resource functions. The role plays a key part in designing and executing workforce strategies that align with organizational goals. The Director is responsible for developing and implementing HR initiatives, policies and programs that support a high performing and engaged workplace. Working closely with leaders across the organization, this role is responsible for HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, coaching, performance management, and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resource Director located in either our headquarter location in Peoria, Arizona or our facility in Greensboro, North Carolina. To apply, you must currently live in one of these locations.
